Our practice will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 21st December to 5th January. During this period, we will not be offering in-person or on-site services. However, we understand that your health needs may not pause for the holidays. That’s why we’re pleased to offer you an alternative: CareHQ, a virtual GP service you can access from the comfort of your home, anywhere in New Zealand.
CareHQ’s team of GPs are available daily, from 7 am to 9 pm, seven days a week, ensuring you have access to quality healthcare even while our practice is closed. With this service, you can address non-urgent medical concerns or seek guidance on any health issues conveniently and efficiently.
To make this option even more accessible, between 16th December 2024 and 19th January 2025, CareHQ appointments will be subsidised for patients of our practice when booked through the MyIndici patient portal. This benefit is our way of ensuring you receive the support you need over the holiday season without worrying about additional costs.
